The Living Room on the 2nd floor offers spectacular views across Exmoor and the Property offers three large bedrooms and a generously sized kitchen diner which leads out onto an enclosed patio area.

           The beds and furnishings are of a high standard and the kitchen is very well appointed with quality domestic appliances.

        1. First floor master double bedded with fully tiled en-suite shower room/wc.

                                        2. King size bedroom suite on the ground floor with TV and

                                        3. Spacious twin bedded room.

                                        Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by a large ground floor family shower room/wc.

    There is also a ground floor utility/cloakroom which includes a further separate wc and a washing machine.

    Taking advantage of the beautiful Exmoor hillside views on the 2nd floor is a large, attractive and very comfortably                                           furnished living room which has a high apex ceiling, a free standing wood burner and includes facilities                                           for Free sat HD TV and Blu-Ray / DVD player.

                                          The fully fitted kitchen/dining room is on the first floor; it has integrated appliances, electric hob and oven, microwave,                                  fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a door to a rear 1st floor patio.

                                          A small welcome pack and cream tea will be provided upon arrival.

     Rear, fully enclosed paved patio area with garden furniture ideal for alfresco meals or just for relaxing at the end of the      day after exploring this wonderful part of Devon.

     The cottage has been restored with the environment in mind and now includes a new central heating system which utilises      an air source heat pump and a “whole house” heat recovery ventilation system. The Cottage can provide an ideal all year      round holiday base for summer holidays or winter walkers alike.

                                             Off road parking for 1 car is available and a parking permit for the local car park is also available at cost from the local                                              Tourist information Centre.
